Law Enforcement Requests
We respond to valid legal process while protecting user privacy to the fullest extent the law allows. This page explains how.
Valid legal process
We require legally valid process — such as a subpoena, court order, or warrant — appropriate to the data requested and the jurisdiction. We review every request for validity and scope.
What we can disclose
We can only disclose data we actually hold. Because we minimize collection and retention, the data available in response to a request is limited by design.
Notice to users
Where permitted by law and not prohibited by the legal process, we aim to notify affected users before disclosing their data.
How to submit a request
Send valid legal process to complyage@gmail.com with sufficient detail to identify the relevant records. Overbroad or invalid requests will be challenged or rejected.
