Using the service
You may use ComplyAge to verify age and identity for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable regulations in the regions where you operate.
Accounts
You're responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Billing
The Age Gate and OAuth/SSO are free. Billed verifications are charged per your plan, including any overage. Plan details and live amounts are shown in the app.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to harass, defraud, or unlawfully surveil people, and don't attempt to circumvent verification or security controls.
Liability
The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
SMS / text messaging
When you verify a phone number, ComplyAge sends a single automated text message containing a one-time verification code — 1 message per verification request, never recurring or marketing messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
